LeatherAngel Wings Backpack PDF Pattern
The PDF contains a 11 page pattern to make your own leather wings backpack. The stitching on this project is entirely made up of saddle stitching. If theres an area that you did not understand in the build along video, please contact me.

The bag is about 13" in length, about 10.5" at the widest. Straps are made from and 8 oz bridle leather. The cabochon used for the samples is a labradorite stone. There are a lot of small pieces that belong in their own specific area so please keep track of which piece is which.
PDF is intended for letter/ 8.5" x 11" paper print to actual size (100%). Every stitch has a 1/8 seam allowance with the stitching holes provided. Most of the stitching holes are spaced 4mm apart. If you are unsure please watch build along video before purchasing. Instructions are also provided in the build along video.
This project requires:
Materials needed for this project:
- 4-5 oz leather (I used an oil tan)
Use stiff leather for the wings if possible
- 5-6 oz stiff leather for strap holder
- 7-8 oz bridle leather for straps
- 0.8mm thread
- 18 inch #5 metal zipper
- 1 inch rectangle rings 4
- 8mm post rivets 4
- 1 inch buckles 2
Optional Materials:
-3-4 oz leather for cabochon cover
-1.5inch by 1 inch oval cabochon
